Rebecca Colett is an entrepreneur and technologist with a passion for innovation and impact. Rebecca builds ventures that not only drive economic growth but also create space for underrepresented communities to thrive. Her work spans multiple industries—including cannabis, technology, and supply chain—where she leverages her expertise to launch scalable, inclusive, and sustainable solutions.

Beyond her role at Calyxeum, Rebecca is the founder of the Detroit Cannabis Project, a comprehensive incubator program dedicated to providing social equity applicants with the knowledge, tools, network, and access to capital necessary to establish successful and sustainable cannabis businesses in Detroit and beyond. ​

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida A&M University, an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and a Master's in Supply Chain from Georgia Tech. ​
